Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis seberapa besar pengaruh proactive personality dan perceived organization support terhadap innovative work behavior melalui creative self-efficacy pada Pegawai Kantor Bank BTN KC Semarang. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data primer yang berasal dari penyebaran kuesioner penelitian dan sample pada penelitian sejumlah 122 orang responden. Pada penelitian menggunakan probability sampling merupakam teknik setiap elemen populasi memiliki peluang atau dapat dipilihTeknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian berupa simple random sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan alat analisis AMOS 24.0. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa proactive personality berpengaruh posistif langsung terhadap creative self-efficacy, perceived organization support berpengaruh positif terhadap creative self-efficacy. Pada proactive personality berpengaruh positif terhadap innovative work behavior, perceived organization support berpengaruh langsung terhadap innovative work behavior. proactive personality dan perceived organization support berpengaruh terhadap innovative work behavior melalui creative self-efficacy.
