Abstract
The article studies the ways of company development strategy choice based on the
assessment of innovative potential. The Matrix of ways of innovative development of the
company has been built, taking into account the properties of its innovative potential. The
company's development strategies has been analyzed: advance (attack), following, imitation,
selective growth, search, defence (protection), market niche protection. The system of corporate
indicators for evaluating innovations that characterize the company activity in an economic
space is determined.
