Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menguji pengaruh pressure, opportunity, rationalization, capability, dan arrogance terhadap fraudulent financial reporting. Populasi sebanyak 55 perusahaan yang melakukan IPO di BEI tahun 2019. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, diperoleh 54 perusahaan dengan periode observasi tahun 2019-2020. Fraudulent financial reporting menggunakan metode F-csore, dengan teknik analisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda.
Hasil dari penelitian ini : pressure dan capability secara parsial berpengaruh positip dan signifikan terhadap fraudulent financial reporting. Opportunity, rationalization dan arrogance secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap fraudulent financial reporting.
