ANALISIS PENGARUH WORK OVERLOAD DAN WORK-FAMILY CONFLICT TERHADAP EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE DENGAN EMOTIONAL EXHAUSTION SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh work-family conflict dan work overload terhadap employee performance dengan emotional exhaustion sebagai variabel mediasi pada karyawan Bumi Sarana Makmur Semarang. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah minimal 105 responden, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sensus. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan PLS-SEM dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SmartPLS. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, dapat disimpulkan bahwa work-family conflict berpengaruh positif terhadap emotional exhaustion, begitu pula work overload yang juga memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap emotional exhaustion. Selain itu, work- family conflict berdampak negatif terhadap employee performance, dan work overload juga memberikan pengaruh negatif terhadap employee performance. Emotional exhaustion turut berpengaruh negatif terhadap employee performance. Lebih lanjut, emotional exhaustion berperan sebagai mediator parsial dalam hubungan antara work-family conflict dan employee performance, serta antara work overload dan employee performance.
