Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, security and privacy, dan information quality terhadap intention to use Kartu Semarang Hebat TapCash. Studi kasus di BRT Trans Semarang.
Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 responden. Sampel dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda dengan tingkat signifikasi 5%, dimana sebelumnya dilakukan uji validitas dan reliabilitas selanjutnya dilakukan uji asumsi klasik terlebih dahulu yang meliputi Uji Normalitas, Uji Multikolonieritas, dan Uji Heteroskedastisitas.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa perceived usefulness berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intention to use. perceived ease of use berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intention to use. security and privacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intention to use. information quality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intention to use.
